It is effective in removing grease, oil, inks & industrial soils. Directions: Light Duty Cleaning: Dilute 1 part of Safeblend to 64 parts of water or 15 ml per litre. Medium Duty Cleaning: Dilute 1 part of Safeblend to 32 parts of water or 30 ml per litre.  Heavy Duty Cleaning: Dilute 1 part of Safeblend to 16 parts of water or 60 ml per litre.
